AKASHI MEDIA PODCAST LIVE with Variety Chenevert Commentary. R. Kelly’s Defense Team and Attorney Jennifer Bojean Cross Examines Alleged VHS Sex Tapes that were shot with a man who appears to be R Kelly and a minor in over 11 videos that the prosecution presented.
Attorney Bojean has asked in motion for R Kelly to be acquitted in this trial and her argument is the origin of the videos. The videos were ALL shit with a VHS Camcorder since the 1990s til the 2000s years the media format Never Changed from VHS Tapes to any other formats such as more current cameras such as a CD digital camera, DVD digital camera, Tapless video camera or HD High Definition which is standard and new in the 2000s and the format was still the same as VHS. The video quality became blurred because of consistent transferring from the original tape and multiple tape players.

The VHS could have been converted if it was sent from a different origin such as United Kingdom which would be in a PAL VHS video and inorder to review it you would need to convert it to VHS USA format to review it and vice versa.
Non of the victims and accusers appeared by the prosecution to be in any other format than VHS recorded tapes shot with a VHS Camcorder all the way to the 2000s even when the VHS faded out the victims still appeared on VHS video tapes.
Usually after the end of VHS video use except for industries like television production companies, cable companies or record labels they would save a VHS tape format for archive purposes but could later on be converted with special conversation equipment to new media such as CD or DVD, Laserdisc etc or high definition digital.
Inorder to get an acquittal R Kelly’s Defense Team needs to emphasize the timing of media used and the timeline of it’s use and existence and convince the jury that the media VHS video tape used still doesn’t match the timeline of the sexual assaults simply because VHS faded out some time ago nor the VHS or VHS camcorder have not been available for sometime even in the 2000s because of discontinued by manufacturers and All twenty witness put in the witness stand for prosecution deliberation were ALL in VHS tapes Only!
